Webform link is asking for log in

Hello, Is there anyway to bypass the log in on a webform? I've used the link to embed on our website but anytime anyone clicks on it, it takes them to a log in page. This is not only confusing but it is also detering people from filling out the webform. 

Any suggestions?

    Cindy,

     

    On the WebForm Form Options, how the WebForm is accessed can be configured.

    It sounds like it is set for "a registered Smartsheet user" which requires a login.

     

     

    If that is not the case, contact support, because the link should work without login.

    That's the design.

     

    You can't force it to be a Smartsheet user (in your account) then have the system know who clicked the link.
