Countifs with <> Value

i am using this to count the number of the "Brand Content" from that column "CCMS Range 2" also when it is not completed. Getting #UNPArseable msg.

I am new to this, not sure if i am missing any syntax.

=COUNTIFS({CCMS Range 2}, <>"Brands Content",[{Ticket Status},"120 - Completed - Project Closeout")

The problem is the opening square bracket just before the second range. Try removing that and see if it works.

It worked. thanks. It was auto adding when I moved to the second part, deleting that worked great.
