Fields are Missing in Form Logic Construction

What I am trying to do is use Logic to select a Company and use that Selection go to a specific Company Field. There is a Dropdown for the Company Selection - (like BR on left) and another for the Company (like BR Field) that allows the user to select the specific pad he is inspecting. The logic process is straightforward right up to the point where I try to code for the company (BR Field) to pop up with the dropdown of the well pads. There is no field for the company, though. I did create a new Sheet to ensure the previous Sheet was not corrupted. Thoughts? Carey

BR field needs to be added to the form before you can use it in a form logic selection. If you drag it into the form before creating the logic it will show up.
