Conditional Formatting Help

Is there a way to highlight a row when a box is not checked by a certain time. We are trying to use as sort of a time clock, and our boss wants a way to easily track who is not on time. For example, making the row highlight to red if the box is not checked by 8am. Does anyone know a way to do this?

What you seek is not available in Smartsheet without changing your requirements. However you can very easily get your boss what they need on a daily basis by using Reports to provide to do Lists for individuals or a "Whats running late" Report that you boss can monitor in Real time. 

Smartsheet is unable at present to measure time in amounts of less than a day as you describe but i'm sure with a little imagination you can design a workflow that achieves what you need or 90 % of it?
