Delay between two dates

Hello,

I am looking to calculate the number of working days delay between two dates. I am using these formulas and getting an error (unparseble)

=NETWORKDAY([Published due date]1, [Actual Date Finished]1)

=NETWORKDAY([Published due date], [Actual Date Finished])

Suggestions?

It looks like you are missing your row references after the column names like you have in the first formula of your original post.
