Gantt chart with multiple start/end dates

I have a sheet tracking when staff are on call, so several start and end dates. I need to be able to see all of these dates on a calendar/Gantt chart. Is that possible?

We run a construction sheet where we list the project name (could be your staff member) then each of the build elements start and end dates on indented lines below. would this work?

It gets us closer to what we want. With our project settings, it still shows it as one long deployment on the main row, but we can get around that with some color coding. Thanks for the input.
