Programme level reporting - cell linking Vs. sheet summaries
Hi, I'm building programme level reporting which spans about a dozen projects. At the moment, I'm testing two routes - 1. sheet summaries and then a sheet summary report, and 2. cell linking. Cell linking is looking like the preferred option because sheet summaries aren't dealing very well with percentage formatting, at the moment. It seems that sheet summaries don't offer any clear advantage over cell linking, however, I do wonder if multiple links would make my sheets slower and less robust. I'd appreciate thoughts and advice on the advantages and disadvantages of each method, many thanks.
