How to track late information
Hi,
I'm looking to track information that has been received late on some sheets. See below example where date information required was 17th July and we received the info on the 26th July.
I am using =IF([Date Information Received]@row > [Date information Required]@row, "Yellow") to turn a symbol yellow if date information received is larger than date information required. How can I alter this formula to change the colours depending on the amount of time it is late.
If late by up to 3 days - Yellow
If late by 3 to 6 days - Blue
If late by over 6 days -Red
Further to this I would like to be able to show a percentage of late received items versus on time and a breakdown of the yellow, blue, red percentages also.
Thanks

Hi @John Kelly
You’ll need to add a so-called helper column that shows how many days it’s late and then reference that in the Conditional Formatting rules.
Make sense?
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic week!
