At Risk Column - How do I count this in my Summary Sheet

Hi Smartsheet Community,

I am in Summary Sheet for my Project Grid.  I want to count the number of "At Risks" that are Flagged.  I have tried =COUNTIF({At Risk}, "Criterion").  I have tried "Flagged", "Flag", "On" and "True", but none of these are working. 

Can someone help me with this please?  I'm sure it's something simple.  Seems like Smartsheet is smarter than me 😊
