Formula most urgent topics with RYG, date

Hallo,

I want to combine the following columns with a formula in the sheet summary: RYG, date of receipt, comment and hotel

The sheet summary should show

"hotel name" and "comment" if RYG = "red" and (the earliest date of receipt as most important aso.)

Dear Paul,

I just realized by myself how simple the solution is. I created a report and transferred the data into a dashboard. Ready!
