Excel and Smartsheet linking

Hello

I am working on a project wherein I have to extract most of the data from Excel to Smartsheet, is there anyway I can create linking between Excel and Smartsheet in such a way that whenever excel is updated Smartsheet automatically gets updated.

you can do this with the Data Uploader add on.
