Form is not populating to Smartsheet - Help!

Hi there,

Created a Form and tested successfully last week, data entered into Form after submission populated properly to Smartsheet. This week, 'live', form info when submitted is not (making it to) populating data to Smartsheet.

Any idea why this is happening?

Hello,

Ok here are a list of things to check, I am sure some of these you checked but just want to make sure.

1. Is the form link the correct one from the sheet you are working on?
2. Is there enough rows available to insert more rows
3. Do you have a move rows formula set up somewhere on the sheet
4. Scroll down on the sheet, the data may have started at a lower row than 1 (scroll to the bottom to make sure)

No problem, that happened to me a few times. Basically sometimes with practicing and deleting just the data and not the rows it drops it down to a new row.

@JWattz Forms will populate the first UNUSED row. If you had entered test data and only deleted the data instead of the rows themselves, then form entries would populate below that last row of test data. Even though those rows are blank, they have been used, so the form won't populate it.
