Creating a report from a dropdown list value

I am trying to create a report that will pull in all rows that are under a certain value in a dropdown list.

 

However, when going through the report builder, the dropdown list is blank (picture 1) although my actual dropdown list is populated (picture 2).

 

Is this a known issue or am I doing something wrong?

Never mind, looks like i just had to update the main form and now they are all in the report builder.
