Copy a cell from another sheet with criteria from another column that has multiple same entries
I have two sheet, Test of Project Intake, which has many columns of data. I want to copy the Project Name column when the Lookup Combo has "Pending-PPRB". The problem i am having is the Lookup Combo column has many entries of "Pending-PPRB". For each of those entries I want to copy the Project Name to the New Projects sheet. I can't figure out the right formula. I have attached snapshots of both sheets. Thanks,

Couldn’t you use the copy row feature instead?
If that wouldn't work, you could use a unique id or a row number to collect the information.
Make sense?
Would any of those options work?
I hope that helps!

Thanks for the advice, Andree. Unfortunately, copy row doesn't completely solve the problem. I used copy row to collect the rows I need. Now, I am trying to copy specific cells to a sheet with a different format. Using linking isn't a sustainable solution, so I guess I need a formula. I tried various INDEX solutions, but I can only get the first row. I need to list all the cell data in a specific column. I am lost.

Happy to help!
I'd recommend creating a Row ID column either Autonumbered or manually numbered and then use a VLOOKUP or INDEX/MATCH to collect the information to the other sheets.
Make sense?
Would that work?

Thanks, Andree,
That would work, but it is easier if I create an intermediary sheet that filters the data first for what I need, then create the INDEX/MATCH.
You are always very helpful.
Thanks,
