formula in sheet summary = unparseable

I use following formula in the sheet summary (the header is not very helpful - I know ;-)

=COUNTIF(Status:Status; =[Vorgang gelöst (warten auf Rückmeldung)]) / even with " "

Any idea ;-)

What do you want the formula to do more specifically?

the result is "0" although there are at least 10 cells with this text
