User can't see report when opened

New problem here.

All our users have the same setup on their dashboards, however, today one user is experiencing issues that I've not seen before.

See Capture1.jpg to see the view of her report as it appears on her dashboard. Report is set to open when clicked. Capture2.jpg shows what she sees when the report is opened. Answers to your questions:

  1. User is shared to all related sheets as Editor - cannot share, just like the other 15 users.
  2. User is shared to report as Admin, just like the other 15 users
  3. User provided her Smartsheet login to me so I can test on multiple browsers. NOT a cache issue as I've tested on MS Edge, Firefox and Chrome on my computer, a spare computer and her computer through remote connection. Same results on 3 computers.
  4. All 15 other users are functioning properly.
  5. Working properly last week, just like the other 15 users.
