Combining calendars with work plans

Hello,

My organization has the team plan (not Business).

Is it possible to create a graphical calendar view that reports/displays results ย with a traditional ย project/work plan by department or function with tasks/activities?

ย 

If so, can you only create this on the same page within Smartsheets using Sights?

ย 

I suppose it would also be possible to publish the calendar to Outlook or Google and do additional editing there?

    There is a function to publish your calendar out - go to the calender view - then select the sheet options (see below). ย  ย There are some limitations to this being a 2 way sync, which you get an alert about when you get to the publish now window.
