Cell linking with conditions, possible?
I am trying to create conditional cell linking across multiple sheets that all tie together. i.e. If this cell=A then make the Harvey ball blue across all sheets, if this cell=B then make the Harvey ball green across all sheets, etc. Is that possible?

Danny,
Yes.
In your symbols column, use an IF formula to determine that the color should be.
Use the symbols cell to link out to the sheets you want to be updated.
You can have multiple links OUT of a cell, but only one IN (which makes sense)
Hope that helps.

Hi Craig, I'm jumping in, hope it's OK
Can you show an example how to do that or refer me to the right article?
Thanks

Michal,
Not a problem.
I was (and still am) not quite clear on what the OP was looking for. Their description is a bit vague to me.
That said, here's some links on getting data to pass between Sheets
https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/2476606-formulas-reference-data-from-other-sheets
https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/861579-cell-linking
and here's all of the available (documented)
functions:https://help.smartsheet.com/functions
For X-Sheet References, INDEX, MATCH, and COLLECT probably among my most widely used.
If you have a specific use case, I might be able to be less vague myself.
