How to calculate number of days overdue on a task

Hi,

I am new to the community.

I would like to create a status field that changes color based on number of days overdue.

Is there a way to calculate the number of days overdue in smartsheet?

Hi Susanna,

The previous discussion cited referred to signalling lateness with the RYG balls. For a simple numerical calculation of lateness, see the following discussion.

Once I had the numerical deviation from the baseline dates, I used conditional formatting to highlight activities that were completed early, on time, late or very late.
