Return Data based on two conditions being met

Hi,

Please can you assist with a formula that checks data from two cells within a sheet that will then populate a matrix sheet. The data sheet is being populated via form currently.

If Property Name is "Mykonos" and if Quarter 2, then return the % Score

I keep getting "Incorrect Argument Set Errors" :(

In the Matrix, I will have all the property names populated and will need to return the score achieved based on the quarter submitted.

Thanks so much for the quick reply and for the assistance

Here is an example of what the capture sheet would look like - this is populated via form and where I would need to pull the data from.

Quarter Column is a drop down Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4

Score and Percentage are calculated.

All properties that submit responses will be listed in a separate sheet where I would need to pull the relevant % earned into the respective Q column. This information will then be used to report back into a dashboard graphs.
