Filters Keep Resetting
I believe there was an update to smartsheets recently and since that update, I have noticed that my filters keep resetting themselves or disappear. Is there a glitch? I have never had this issue with filters in the past year of using smartsheets.

One of my team members is having the same issue today. Interested to see if there are any answers to this issue.

Are they the same filters from before? Are the filters shared or possibly being deleted by another user?

The filters I am using are on sheets that existed prior and they are the same filters. The filters used to be unique to each user so every user could have their own set of filters. For example, I might filter a sheet for all of my assignments and that would be the filters every time I logged in. Someone else may have the sheet filtered for their assignments. Now when I log-in all my filters are gone and I have to reset them each time I go into the sheet. I do not share my filters as they are unique to me and wouldn't be applicable to other team members.

As Paul suggested, please do reach out to Smartsheet Support (here) so we can troubleshoot this with you one-on-one and look into these sheets. If possible, please provide Support with the following information when you submit the contact form:
- What browsers have you tried, and what were the results of each?
- What extensions do you have enabled in your browser?
- What is the SheetID (or sheet name & direct URL)?
- Does this issue persist in other sheets?
- Does this issue happen with Named Filters that are shared or Unnamed Filter?
