Can Hyperlinks be added automatically

Is there a way to add hyperlinks to data automatically when it's entered into a sheet via a form based on certain criteria? For instance, when a list of customer numbers has a new row added via form, can the sheet add a hyperlink to that customer number that will take you to a detail dashboard for that customer? If not by formula or automation, is there any other way to make this happen?

A solution that probably would be perfect for this use-case is the premium add-on, Control Center.

Is that an option?
