When a form submission is added to the spreadsheet, the formula directly above the the added row does not copy. Would you please provide some ideas about how to fix this problem?
Thank you!
I should have said the formula does not autofill in the new row.
Hi @Joan Skokan
Make sure that the following is true.
The new row will be auto-filled with the formulas if there are two rows below/above with the same formulas and the same level of hierarchy.
More details:
If the formula structure is the same above/below the Formula Autofill will add the formula(s) automatically.
Conditions That Trigger Formula Autofill
You’ll see formulas populate automatically when you type in a newly inserted or blank row that is:

What actually happened is that the last row of the sheet had data deleted, but the whole row was not deleted. I learned that even though data may have been deleted from a row, Smartsheet continues to look at the row as a valid data row. Once I deleted the row, the formulas copied and it's been working ever since.
Thanks!

These stopped…
I'm using salesforce connector to pull my team's hours information in real-time. The Salesforce connector sheet contains sheet summaries that I'd like to use a cell reference for a different sheet. I can't seem to find the best way or formula to do this. I don't want to use a dashboard with report widgets because I prefer…
I have two formulas which work well independently, but when I combine them they don't. formula 1: =IF(YEAR([Joined date]@row ) = 2025, JOIN(COLLECT({Membership Survey 2025 - Experience}, {Membership Prioritisation Survey 2025 - Org}, [Organisation name]@row ))) formula 2: =IF(YEAR([Joined date]@row ) < 2025,…
