Sync with Google Form is stuck

I am trying to sync a google form with Smartsheet. I installed the Add-On with no issues. From my Google Form I click Add-Ons --> Smartsheet for Google Forms --> Start --> Start & it spins incessantly until it eventually gives a time-out error.

What am I missing here? I really want this to work!!

Hi Julie,

Try it in another browser or the current one in incognito/private mode to make sure that isn't an issue with the browser or any extensions or something similar.

If that doesn't work and you haven't already, I would recommend that you reach out to the Smartsheet Support Team.
