Checkbox next to Participant Name

Hello,

I have created a form in which participants will complete. Once they are done, I want a checkbox to appear next to their name on a separate sheet. Is this possible? I can't figure this out. Thank you!

Try this in your checkbox column:

=IF(COUNTIF({Form Participants Range}, [Participant Name]@row)>0, 1, 0)

This will check the box if the participant answered the form.
