Count matching criteria in multiselect columns

Hi all,

I'm struggling to find an answer to this question.

I have a set of criteria in a multiselect column (assigned training), then another set of criteria in another multiselect colum (completed training).

I'm trying to show the % completed by counting the number of completed training values (that match assigned values) and dividing this by the assigned training values (which I can use a COUNTM function for).

Any help would be appreciated

like this?

=COUNTM([completed training]@row) / COUNTM([assigned training]@row)

The cell with the formula needs to be formatted as %.
