Unparseable on RYG logic
Any suggestion on an unparseable RYG logic
=IF( Complete 3 = 1, "Green", "Red")

You have a space between Complete and 3. The answer depends on whether the 3 is part of the column name or is the row number:
If it's the row number (column name is "Complete"), then just take out that space
=IF( Complete3 = 1, "Green", "Red")
If the column name is "Complete 3", then you need to put brackets around it
=IF([Complete 3]@row = 1, "Green", "Red")
