INDEX/MATCH formula returns only the first item in a list
I have the following formula:
=INDEX({Team Communication List Range 2}, MATCH("yes", {Team Communication List Range 7}, 0))
The formula returns the first match, but when I drag the formula down the column, it returns the same first result. I have used this formula successfully multiple times, so I know I am missing something. Any ideas? I know I am going to say "Duh" when I get an answer.

Oddly enough, I have this issue sometimes, too, when I drag a formula. However, if I copy and paste - or use the copy down ability in Smartsheet - it works fine. Have you tried that?
