Nested IF statement with a checkbox

Help, I am trying to check a "Done" box if the "Status" is marked "Done" or "N/A". What am I doing wrong with this formula: =IF(Status25 = "Done", 1, 0), OR(Status25 = "N/A", 1, 0).

Just a placement issue I believe:

=IF(OR(Status25 = "Done", Status25 = "N/A"),1, 0)
