We're having issues with smartsheet loading today. Is anyone else having this problem?

Yes I am in Phoenix. cant log in. Tried calling and aI get "This is integra enter a mailbox number" Just upgraded to Team

We're currently experiencing loading and saving issues with Smartsheet. Our Operations team is currently investigating the issue and we're attempting to resolve this as soon as possible.

I'm going to have to change the day of the week that I issue all of my Smartsheet reports -- it was LAST Thursday also that we had this kind of outage and I missed all my deadlines then too!! Grrrr....

It appears as if our Operations team has identified the problem and we're working to fix it as soon as we can.

Hi All,
For everyone needing immediate access to their sheet data—I'm personally able to access the mobile application (I'm using Smartsheet for iOS) and it appears that others can access the mobile application as well.

Yes. I called support and the message stated "they are in a meeting". Smartsheet you really need to be forthright on your homepage, customer support line, and email autoreplies when there is a known outage. Nothing will shake a customer off the "cloud" faster than feeling of being disconnected.

I apologize for your experience when calling in. We've changed the phone message to reflect that we're in an outage.
We are answering calls, but our Support team is receiving such an influx that you may get to our voicemail.
Our Community Site, Help Center, and Status page (http://status.smartsheet.com/) are all currently updated to reflect the outage. Our Status page specifically is being updated by our Operations team as we receive new information and work to fix the issue.
