Trigger not sending email
I have two request for update triggers set up the same, only difference is the cell that needs to be updated.
Both send emails to my work account. One trigger works but the other one doesn't. If i change my email address for the one that doesn't work to a @gmail.com it works! I notice that if i look in my notifcations in smartsheets which is using my work email, they are displaying in there but i don't receive an email for that one request for update. I cannot fathom why this is?
