Choice Eliminator Drop Down List

Has anyone come up with a way to create a "choice eliminator" drop down list. Meaning if I have a ten rows, I could have a drop down list featuring 1-10. When "1" was selected for a certain row, that would no longer be available on the drop down list of the other 9 rows. I am trying to create a priority list for my client to assign rank to a group of tasks.

As far as I am aware, not possible within the current functionality set. You should submit a product feature request!
