How does one see a schedule of all reports you have set to be emailed out?

Andree, thank you. That partially helps to see how to confirm a particular one. I was wondering if there is a place to see a summary of ALL scheduled reports in one place? It appears not, but would be a great feature for Smarthseet to add. Take care, Bill Groeneveld

Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible at the moment to see a summary, but it's an excellent idea!

Just checking in to see if there has been an enhancement since you responded back in 2020. I have several scheduled reports across sheets and I can't find a way to get a list of all of them. The closest I can see is reviewing all Notifications but nothing for reviewing all scheduled reports. Am I missing something?

Yes, I'd still really love to see this! Another related issue is having to re-enter all the recipients when you have a staff change. That is getting OLD. The ability to either edit the recipient list without having to re-do the whole thing, or tie the sending of the report to recipients in a managed table elsewhere would be fantastic! Thanks for listening. :)

Has this feature been added? It seems like a no-brainer to have it. How can you easily know which report is sending the export with out touching each one to find out?

It's frustrating that I can't find a list of the reports being sent out. I would like to change email addresses of folks receiving report. I end up scheduling a new report every time there is a change and now I receive like 10 of the same report each week. Hmmm

Yes this would be a handy feature. A backend report sent when requested would help.

Hi All,

FWIW - I have found less frutration with the email updating by having our network team set up managed email distribution lists for reports. As people come and go, their department managers can audit the people on the list and I never have to update the email address in a workflow. I know that is not a Smartsheet solution to the problem, but any little bit helps, right?
