Hi @Ashish Rana
The Backup Tool is a Java command-line tool that you can use to completely back up your entire Smartsheet account. Please note that it is only compatible with multi-user plans.
See this page for more information on the Backup Tool: https://www.smartsheet.com/marketplace/apps/backup-tool-by-smartsheet
You can also read more, here.

Hi Ashish,
Depending on your needs, you may find the Smartsheet Backup Tool has a few limitations.
You may want to consider using SmartBackup from Acuworkflow:
SmartBackup gives you the ability to backup all your sheets, or only sheets that have recently changed, and allows you to create a recurring set of backups. You are also not limited in the number of backups, etc.
The tool creates full-featured backups of your sheets, including formatting, formulas, cell links, forms, automations, attachments, comments, etc. In addition to backups, it also has Archive and Export capabilities - including the ability to export all sheet attachments. These features are not available in the standard tools.
You can try the solution using the "Starter Edition", which is free to download and use, with some limitations, or you can purchase the Business Edition which has all the functionality.
Hope this helps.

@Genevieve P. I know this is an older thread but the tool is non-existent now. What do you suggest we use to automatically back up entire Workspaces and preserve everything? (Formulas, links, automations, etc.)
I looked through the API documentation but didn't find anything like "Save as New", nor do I have the skills to build such a bridge workflow. You seem to be one of the biggest Bridge posters on the forums so I'm curious if you have created a backup solution?

@Genevieve P. You're one of the top gurus here for bridge. I think I've read everything you've posted about it in forums because you're very detailed in your responses :) That being said, would you be willing to share the element order you'd use for backing up workspaces and renaming them to include the date?

Hi @NeilKY
I'm glad you've found my responses helpful!
I personally haven't done this before, so I won't be the best person to answer. It looks like you're working with Paul on the same question over in this thread. Let us know if his most recent response helped!
Cheers,
