COUNTIFS with three criteria

Needing help with the COUNTIFS with three criteria. It does not give me a error message, but it doesn't take into account the third criteria either. I am trying to count the amount of findings in a particular ISO Standard, so I am referencing the status sheet to find three criteria: (1) whether it is parent line, (2) which area of the company and (3) whether there is a value in the ISO standard field.
Any help would be highly appreciated.

Your formulas are identical and appear to be returning the correct number (which in this case is 1).
Are you expecting a different number? Not sure what the issue is. Maybe you can elaborate with what result you are expecting and we can go from there.
