How can I get a column with date only, no time?

I currently have the auto number system created with the created field selected on a new column. I need another column with date only in order to make a dashboard, no time, is that possable?

Yes, you can add another Date Column and reference the Created (Date) column.

Something like this.

Created@row

I tried referencing the date column with formula =month(a2)&"/"&day(a2)&"/"&year(a2)&"/", but it didn't work. I cant seem to get the date only, thanks?

Not sure I follow!

You only need to use the @row reference in my earlier comment.

Thanks for the effort and attention that you are giving this issue.

Really, this question is so that I can get a date and sum all entry's for a particular date in order to create a dashboard. As you can see in date scanned the date and time appear. Thanks.

I'm just not understanding how to use the DATEONLY.

IN the example it has a 5, no idea what the 5 is for.

I just want a date so I can group by date in a report.

Try something like this. (@row references the same row as where the formula is located, and the 5 in the example references that specific row)

=DATEONLY(Created@row)
