Adding Numbers for Each Resource Formula

Good Day Smartsheet Community:

I am trying to reference Each Resource and the total number of Points they have in Each Sprint. For Example:

Ron has several tickets with various Points. I would like to add those in a another sheet for him using a formula with the following criteria:

Countif

Name is Ron

Sprint is 5

Collect his total Story Points

The Problem is I don't if I Use Count, Collect, or Sum to get this number for each resource.

=SUMIFS({Story Points}, {Assignee}, "Ron")
