Hello!

I am having trouble creating the automation to do the following:

IF anything changes on a row, send to {{Contact}} for an APPROVAL.

Once it is approved and the {{Status}} is Freeze, Active, or Suspended, send an UPDATE Request to {{Contact}}.

See attached.

It seems simple but the condition of approval logic is competing against the update request. I keep receiving an invalid automation notification

The issue is that modified is a catchall. try concatenating the cells you want to check against into a helper column(you'll probably need 2), then reference that to limit the items caught by each workflow.
