Create last weeks segment summary

Options

Hi.

I am doing a metric sheet which takes data from another sheet. From the metric sheet i am doing a dashboard with this data.

I want to do an automatic updated weekly summary so that every Monday the summary is updated to match last weeks inputs.

The task i need to do is:

Create a breakdown of segments on incomming oppertunities.

eg.

Cola 5 new incomming last week

pepsi 6 new incomming last week

fanta 7 new incomming last week

So the breakdown should show:

Week 41 there was:

Cola= 5

Pepsi= 6

Fanta= 7

Is there a smart way of doing that?

    Hi @Kasper Kristensen

    Yes, there are multiple ways to structure it.

    The best method depends on how you've structured the data and the need.

    Here are a few options/ideas.

    • Use a formula to look at last weeks information
    • Copy the row with the data on a specific day to another sheet to store each week's data
    • Add all weeks data with a thorough structure

    Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)

    I hope that helps!

    Be safe and have a fantastic weekend!
