Update Requests

Is anyone else having the issue of disappearing update requests? I send update requests and it shows the little envelope icon but then I go back into the sheet and they are not there anymore? Is there a reason for this? I also find when I delete one update request on a row it deletes another one as well? Does someone know why this is? I never know if they were actually sent or not.

Came here to ask a question but saw your post. I can tell you what support told me not long ago on part of your question. The update request icon will disappear once someone on the receiving end has clicked the link within the update request email. So really, the icon indicates an "unviewed" update request. You could send 20 update requests and that icon would not highlight if they are on the other end clicking on the link. They don't even have to update anything for the icon to disappear.
