Summarizing qualitative data across multiple sheets

I am trying to summarize engagement types by state across multiple project sheets. What is the best way to do this?

It depends.

How many sheets?

I'd recommend either using cross-sheet formulas or creating a specific area in each sheet that you cell-link to collect the data to a so-called Master Metric sheet.

Make sense?

There's also an update coming to reports soon that can Group/Sum data (Sum, Count, Max, Min, Average) 😍 

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, [email protected])
