Auto Populate dates

Good Morning,

Is there a formula that can be used to auto populate dates? For example, I have a date for first visit created, but want a date to populate for "send reminder" 30 days prior to visit and 30 days after. I have created the other columns.

Try something like.

=[DATE 1ST QTR VISIT]@row - 30

=[DATE 1ST QTR VISIT]@row + 30

Make sure that the column type is set to Date.

Was that the issue?

The date is setup as Mon 11/23/2020, it is in date format.
