How to use nested IF formulas or conditional formatting with dates and date ranges?
I am trying to use either conditional formatting or a nested IF function to color code a row based on when it was last updated. I have two auto-numbered columns, Date Created and Date Modified. I would like for it to return green, either as a symbol with symbols column (IF function) or in the task bar (conditional formatting), if it was updated in the last 180-days, yellow if it was updated in the last 365-days, and red if it has not been updated since it was created. Has anyone done something similar or is able to help me figure this out? Just as an aside, I am using Card View to view the information once it has been entered.
Thank you!

This should be extremely doable with Conditional Formatting.
For the green selection, set your formatting, tell it to format either the whole row or just certain columns, then set the logic to "In the Last" 180 days. Add a new rule each for yellow and red.
