Find function not working. Can you help?
I'm trying to count a particular name in a column but keep getting the #Unparseable error.
=COUNTIFS({LR Date Created}, IFERROR(YEAR(@cell), 0) = 2020, {LR Date Created}, IFERROR(MONTH(@cell), 0) = Month@row, {Assigned To}, FIND(“Kamil”, @cell)>0)
Can you help???

Hi @Guangda Shi
Regarding parenthesis it is OK.
Though I remember @Genevieve P talking about it on another thread, but your quotes aren't exactly straight, they are a little curved for whatever reason.
They should be straight. Maybe you copied the formula from another text editor. Try removing them and retype them. Maybe that'll sort the problem.

Great catch, @David Joyeuse!
Let us know if re-typing the " marks directly into Smartsheet gets rid of the error, @Guangda Shi.
