Should be able to, yes.
=IFERROR(VLOOKUP(Cell, New Range, Return Value Column Number, True/False),VLOOKUP(Cell, Old Range, Return Value Column Number, True/False))

@A Rose , how can I put this differently cuz I can't make it make sense myself. HA
When you highlight the range you are referencing on a sheet, with the column that your searching in being Column Number 1 (Doesn't matter where it lands), counting to the right, what Column Number is the column you would like your result to be pulling from? That is what I mean by "Return Value Column Number"
