In Column Properties Date is automatically created but it is wrong

It's strange. My Field Officer in inputting a case and the data is automatically created as it should but it is 3 months and 9 days late - July 20, 2020. My pc clock is accurate. What is causing this and how can I fix it? The Field Officer is loading the case data using his cell phone. When I load a case at using my pc, the date is correct. How can his cell phone be messing things up?
