how do I display the highest condition from the child cells in the parent cell?

for parent I the cell (1, 3) must show "Urgent) and for Parent 2 the cell (1,9) must show "Action"

    Hi @Neels Coetzer

    Try something like this.

=IF(CONTAINS("Urgent"; CHILDREN()); "Urgent"; IF(CONTAINS("Action"; CHILDREN()); "Action"; IF(CONTAINS("Normal"; CHILDREN()); "Normal")))

The same version but with the below changes for convenience.

=IF(CONTAINS("Urgent", CHILDREN()), "Urgent", IF(CONTAINS("Action", CHILDREN()), "Action", IF(CONTAINS("Normal", CHILDREN()), "Normal")))

Depending on your country/region, you'll need to exchange the comma to a period and the semi-colon to a comma.

    Did that work?

    I hope that helps!
