Multiple IF/And statements in one column
I am using the function:
=IF(AND(Impact@row = "Low", [Angela Approval]@row = "Approved", [Billye Approval]@row = "Approved", [Jason Approval]@row = "Approved", [Michael Approval]@row = "Approved", [CAB Approval]@row = "Approved"), "Approved"), IF(AND(Impact@row="Regular",[CAB Approval]@row = "Approved"),"Approved")
When I enter this, it is unparseable. However, if I take out the second IF statement it works. Basically, "Low Impact" needs 5 approvals to be "Approved" in the final box. Regular impact only needs a single approval to be "Approved"

I think you have some misplaced parentheses in there. Try this:
=IF(AND(Impact@row = "Low", [Angela Approval]@row = "Approved", [Billye Approval]@row = "Approved", [Jason Approval]@row = "Approved", [Michael Approval]@row = "Approved", [CAB Approval]@row = "Approved"), "Approved", IF(AND(Impact@row="Regular",[CAB Approval]@row = "Approved"),"Approved"))
