Pivot App Error! Column titles must be unique. (1056)

Has anyone received this error? "Error! Column titles must be unique. (1056)" If so, how did you resolve?

I received this error after I preview and try to actually create the sheet. I have never run into this error before.

I received that error and could resolve it. I deleted the pivot and destination and started over. Faster than trouble shooting longer. Mark
