I'm looking for a template or guidance building a sheet that captures and tracks my company's offsite events on an annual basis (e.g., logistics, spend, metrics). The objective is to gain greater visibility into our events' activity and determine ROI similar to a strategic meetings management program. Any template recommendations or experience building this type of sheet?
